Returns & Refunds

At JetPet, we are confident in the quality of all our products and hope that our customers have the very best experience when shopping with us.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, or even if the product just isn’t what you expected, we will happily provide you with a full refund or replacement.

Our promise to you

  • Your choice of a full refund or a replacement product.
  • We will pay up to 5% of the product price in return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the replacement product, or refund your purchase price in full if requested. We will also refund up to 5% of the product price in return shipping (standard shipping only).

What we ask from you

In order to keep our returns policy fair for everyone, we ask that you:

  • Contact us before returning an item. This way we can approve any shipping costs that might need to be refunded. Just email our customer service team with our order ID for more details.
  • Return items by standard shipping only. We cannot refund shipping costs where express shipping or couriers have been used.
  • Return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

What we don’t refund or replace

While we aim to please, there are some circumstances when we cannot offer to refund a purchase or replace an item:

  • If you change your mind.
  • If the product has different packaging to what you expected.
